Jenna is a attorney at Wang Austin and focuses her practice on employee benefits and executive compensation law.
Jenna has experience in a broad range of benefits and compensation matters, executive compensation, health and welfare plans, and qualified retirement plans. Jenna frequently advises public and private employers on health care reform and the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefit plans and programs.
Jenna has extensive experience equity and incentive compensation arrangements and Section 409A compliance. She regularly counsels clients on the benefit claims and appeals process for welfare and retirement benefits.
Jenna also handles the employee benefits and executive compensation aspects of corporate transactions and advises on issues such as the assumption and integration of employee benefit plans, including multiemployer and defined benefit pension plan obligations.
Prior to joining Wang Austin, Jenna was an attorney with Ropes & Gray LLP and Jenner & Block LLP.
